On February 21, 2026, an important public event was held at Harvest Church (6553 Portsmouth Rd, Nanaimo) to commemorate four years of Ukraine's struggle against full-scale aggression. The event brought together concerned citizens and government officials, emphasizing the unity and support of the Ukrainian people.

Leonard Krog, Mayor of Nanaimo, who is an active supporter of solidarity initiatives with Ukraine and the development of cultural ties.
George Anderson is a member of the British Columbia Legislative Assembly for the BC New Democratic Party, a representative of the interests of the residents of Nanaimo and a supporter of international support for Ukraine.
Tamara Kronis is a member of the House of Commons of Canada for the riding of Nanaimo—Ladysmith, who advocates for increased humanitarian assistance to Ukraine at the federal level.

21 лютого 2026 року в церкві Harvest (6553 Portsmouth Rd, Nanaimo) відбувся важливий громадський захід, присвячений чотирьом рокам боротьби України з повномасштабною агресією. Подія зібрала небайдужих людей та представників влади, підкресливши єдність і підтримку українського народу.
Серед гостей були:
Leonard Krog — мер міста Nanaimo, який активно підтримує ініціативи солідарності з Україною та розвиток культурних зв'язків.
George Anderson — депутат Законодавчих зборів Британської Колумбії від BC New Democratic Party, представник інтересів мешканців Nanaimo та прихильник міжнародної підтримки України.
